You know when you are looked after it's so easy to think that you don't have any rights. All the grown ups tends sit up and listen to each other more than you. May be if I said something they might tell the goverment and they would not let me stay in the country. I always felt that I could'nt get people to understand what I wanted to say or how I was feeling.

Then as I started getting my confidence up I realise that I had rights, mainly to give my views on things and for people to listen to me. Sometimes its hard as I think people think you are thick if you don't speak like them.
