What to do if someone is hurting you
If you are hurt or harmed by anyone, even if the person who has harmed you works for Social Services or is looking after you, it is very important that you tell an adult you trust about it, like your carer, teacher or social worker.
There are other people who you could talk to like Childline or the NSPCC that are there to help and support you.
Social Services want make sure that you are kept safe and well. They will investigate what you say carefully and take action to prevent it happening again.
You can also contact the Listening to Children Officer who will be able to help you.
