Drugs

Sometimes when you are unwell your doctor will prescribe drugs which need to taken to make you feel better. These drugs can be antibiotics, painkillers, inhalers, steroids and much, much more. The important thing about taking these precribed drugs is that they are taken as the instructions say. Therefore if the instructions on the medicine say that you are to take one tablet 3 times a day you must take this amount and no more.

Taking drugs can affect your health. Drugs affect people in different ways, even if someone you know seems fine taking a drug it doesn't mean that it will be safe for you. Drugs like ecstacy, speed, heroine and cocaine can all kill and so can solvent abuse such as glue sniffing.
