Don't Get Stressed!!!! You know how it feels when you get stressed. You get wound up, cross and irritated. You think everyone is on your back and you can't sleep. If you feel stressed then you need to do something about it. You need to take the time to look at your life and to see if you can find out what the problem may be and what's making you feel stressed.
Are you are working too hard? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you getting enough excercise? Do you have a problem that you need to sort out and which is affecting the rest of your life?
Sometimes it can help to have a chat to someone or to keep a diary so that you can write down your feelings.
Once you have pin pointed what the problem is then you can do something about putting it right. In the meantime there are things that you can do to reduce the stress you are feeling. Have a long walk, a nice long soak in the bath, go for a swim or a jog, having fun doing something you like, relaxation excercises or using aromatherapy, all of these things should help you to relax.
