Missing someone special

If there are times when you miss someone you really care about, you might feel angry or sad.

These feelings are completely natural - especially when the person you are missing is a relative, special friend or a pet.

At times when you do feel sad, angry or rejected, it helps to talk to someone. If you do feel like talking, why dont you talk to your social worker or carer? This might help you to put your feelings in some kind of order and help you understand why you might feel like you do.

If you'd like to talk to someone else, you can always ring or email our friendly Looked After Children Nurses LAC.nurse@merton.gov.uk. They like to know how you're feeling, so why don't you tell them?
