Can I Still See My Friends?

We'd like to think so - we all need friends!

Your foster carer or keyworker will behave as other parents would, so even though you've got to tell them all the boring bits, like:

• Where you are going;
• who you are going with;
• what time you'll be back

there's no reason why you can't continue to see your friends.

If your friends ask you why you are being looked after, you might want to think a little bit about what to say if they do ask.  Why dont you talk to your carer or social worker for some advice about this?
