Feedback on the 16+ Team.

The 16+ team offers a service to approx 170 young people between the age of 16yrs and 21yrs ( 24yrs if they are in higher education).

They would like to know how well the service they provide meets the needs of these young people. If you are a young person receiving a service from the 16+ team then you should have received a questionnaire in the post, please complete it and return it in the envelope provided.  Or you can click here to fill me in.
