Your Education Rights

Know your school rights! If you are in care...

• You should be in full-time education unless there is a very good reason;
• there should be a teacher at school who will keep an eye on how you are doing;
• You should get support if you need it;
• You should have an up to date Personal Education Plan (PEP) which is reviewed at the school at leaste every 6 months.
