Whenever you go shopping, whatever you buy has to be of a satisfactory quality.
Did you know that if you bought something and it;
· doesn’t do as it should
· is damaged
· different from the description given
You can go and ask for your money back- it doesn't matter if you bought it from a shop, market, catalogue or door-to-door seller.
If you find something wrong with something you have bought then take it back to where you bought it from as soon as you can. Make sure you have kept the receipt and take it with you.
Eating out
Whenever you buy food or drink in a café or restaurant, what they serve you should be as described by the menu or waiter. If not you should complain to the waiter or manager and they should give you what you ordered. If they won’t, you can ask for your money back.
