Can I take anything back?

A shop does not have to give you your money back if: 
-You were told there was something wrong with the goods before your bought them
-You jhave ust changed your mind and decide you don’t want what you bought
 -You spoiled or broke the item yourself after buying it
 -You bought clothes that didn’t fit you.
What happens when I take something back?
When you return the item to the shop they will either give you your money back or give you a credit note (which means you can buy something else from their shop).
However, if you don’t want a credit note, you don’t have to get one- just ask for your money back.
 Try to remember: -
· Get a receipt for everything you buy and keep it in a safe place.
· If there is something wrong with what you have bought, take it back as soon as you can.
· You do not have to accept a replacement, repairs or a credit note.
