What is a Complaint

A complaint is ways of letting the council know that you are unhappy with a particular service. We are committed to improving the services that we provide but we cannot do that without your help.

We need to hear from you if you are unhappy with something that we have done, so that we can explain and put things right. If there is a problem, we will try and sort it out straight away.
