How can I make a complaint?
- You can talk to your social worker or carer
- You can telephone the Customer Service Officer on 0208 545 3086
- You can write to the Customer Services Officer- the address is on our contact us page
- You can e-mail us at childrensservicescomplaints@merton.gov.uk
- You can ask a friend or relative to make the complaint on your behalf
- You are also entitled to the support of an advocate to help with your complaint.
