How can I make a complaint?
- You can talk to your social worker or carer
- You can telephone the Customer Service Oficer on 0208 545 3263
- You can complete the leaflet called "Sorted" it has been designed especially for young people. You can get a copy by telephoning the Customer Services Officer or by visiting one of our offices
- You can write to the Customer Services Officer- the address is on our contact us page
- You can e-mail us at csf@merton.gov.uk
- You can ask a friend or relative to make the complaint on your behalf
- You are also entitled to the support of an advocate to help with your complaint.
