All young people in Merton's care must have a Personal Education Plan (PEP). This is a plan to make sure you get the most from your education. It is also your chance to say how school is going and what you want to get out of it. it is also a record of all the important information to do with your education and achievements.
Your social worker, teachers or carers might ask you some questions about what you are good at and what you think about school. You can decide if you need extra help with anything.
Is there something you want to ask for - music lessons, football coaching or extra help with your homework, your PEP review is one of your chances to say so.
During your PEP meeting, any education support you may need will be identified. In the PEP is a record of the targets set and ifnromation about who will make sure these targets are met.
Your PEP is really important - don't forget to have your say!
