After Your Review

After the Review, what has been discussed and decided is written down. Try and keep your Care Plan in a safe place, as you might want to look back at the decisions and plans that have been made for you later on.

After the Review it is a good idea to talk over what happened with someone you trust, especially if there were things in it that you didn't understand. If you feel there were things you were unhappy with or something could have been explained better, tell your social worker or your carer.

Social Services, Health and Education will keep a file all about you. You are allowed to see these files if you want to and are old enough to understand.
