"Personally, I think reviews are a waste of time because all the things talked about has been talked about before, say if I have been naughty my carer would phone mine or hers social worker or if my social worker has news for me they phone and say, so there is absolutely no point of repeating yourself.
They talk about you like your not even there and that sometimes is very annoying. the worst anybody can do in a review is talk in a language that is not undestandable or talks about the same thing over and over again. I have reviews because at the end of them they make me angry because of the unfair things that come out of people's mouth.
I wish reviews could r.i.p..
The only way to make reviews better is by making it shorter like instead of 1 hour or 1.30 hours, they should make it 30-45 minutes and talk about things that actually got something to do with the review. No jargon should be allowed - in another word, speak in a way that we young people understand.
Remember that it is the young person's review and not the foster carers.
Never ask the young person to leave the room or talk about them behind their back as it is their review and you wouldn't like it if they talked about you".
